I am glad to announce a new special series - Crisis Management framework for businesses during scenarios like Covid-19. The last three months have been roller coaster ride for the entire world. Economies and markets are planning to open up and trying their best to resort to normalcy. However, the last three months have changed how the world, individuals, and businesses have shifted their preferences, habits, needs, and wants. It is imperative that organizations relook at their priorities and how they look to drive their business ahead. Keeping that premise in mind, I have to invite Gregory Shepard to collaborate and see how organizations can think about pivoting or relook at the crisis and build a plan to come out as a winner. Listen to our multi-series over the next few weeks to uncover a framework that can be applied for businesses to be successful. North Star definition in any business is critical, the episode helps you decode with an example on the definition or if you thinking of pivoting how do you treat the North Star for business.

In the third special episode, I have included a problem that is personal to me on "Working from Home." All working professionals globally are compelled to work from home due to the current Pandemic of COVID-19. Working from home for a few days in a year or a week, maybe a regular affair for many hours in the proper period. However, the current scenario is challenging on many fronts, and it brings in its own set of challenges. I had to do my research from various web resources and post that I tried many of them. Post two weeks of trial and error,  I have come up with sixteen tips and hacks. I would cover these in two-part series and glad to announce the first of the two-part.

Now with a side note, I may add more next week if I come across some other good ones too. So keep a watch and do share if you have as a reference.
