Currently, Shiv leads the marketing and digital analytics at Hilton Worldwide. Prior to this, he started and led the ‘Data Science & Analytics’ function for the US business of Heineken. Worked with PayPal on delivering quantifiable value through real-time decision science. Institutionalized analytics at the world’s largest lottery operator helping achieve record revenue growth for $2.5 BN business, using actionable insights & innovative product design backed by machine learning, and predictive modeling.
