AK the brand he runs and also fondly called by his near and dear ones is a couturier that is synonymous with the finest menswear in India. His contribution to men’s fashion in India has been pioneering with his sheer imagination when it comes to his designs. His talent is evident through his outstanding collections that are guaranteed to please. For the last 30 years, he has been known to revolutionize men’s fashion with his attention to detail, exemplary tailoring, and his exquisite designs. He is known for his signature style that has become distinctive in Indian fashion wear. From celebrities, business moguls, and actors, Arjun’s clientele includes famous personalities like Rahul Bajaj, Anand Mahindra, and Gautam Singhania. Indian film director, Shekhar Kapur has even worn a sherwani by the designer to the Oscars while musician Zakir Hussain was dressed in Arjun’s designs on his world tour in 2007. His powerful loyalists in the film and modeling industry include heartthrobs like Ranbir Kapoor and Arjun Rampal. Hollywood megastar, Will Smith also wore the designer’s outfits on his visit to Mumbai in 2006 and appreciated his designs to the extent of buying several outfits for himself. In 2008, Sir Richard Branson was spotted in an Arjun Khanna Sherwani at the Virgin Mobile launch in Mumbai. Arjun's latest initiative is an offbeat lifestyle-themed boutique called Vespa Rodriguez in Goa. He believes that his collections should have an experiential component, as clothing is a form of self-expression.
